ANTHONY NAPPA WHITE RIPASSO, NORTH FORK OF LONG ISLAND 2020

Winemaker Anthony Nappa handcrafted this Ripasso wine naturally with grapes sourced from New York vineyards. Named "Ripasso", this Riesling was re-passed over leftover pomace of Sémillon grapes for a 3-month period of extended maceration, then aged for 2 years in neutral French oak barrels, before being bottled unfiltered and unfined.
