What's so Special: Domaine Charles Audoin is an estate that is largely responsible for putting Marsannay on the map. Initially considered a less-favorable terroir and not even given its own AOC until 1987, winemakers like Charles Audoin have shown that this is an appellation that is well worthy of recognition.

Tastes Like: This elegant White Burgundy displays a round, richly textured body highlighted by crisp acidity. The palate opens with ripe peach and pear flavors, with hints of sweet spice and honeysuckle lingering on the racy, expressive finish.

Pairs With: Calamari, Veal, Pork Shoulder, and Gruyere.
