What's So Special: Named for Ben Sisson, the original vineyard manager of McCall Winery, Ben's Blend represents the very best Bordeaux grapes from every harvest. Ben's Blend quickly became the epitome to which other Bordeaux blends in the area were held against and remains one of McCall's most sought-after wines. Like all McCall wines, the current release is some 6-8 years behind our current year, marking this 2014 as the current release of Ben's Blend.

Tastes Like: Aged for 18 months in French Oak. Dynamic bouquet of ripe dark fruits. Soft tannins on the palette with lush flavors of currants, blackberries, and a hint of cacao.
