What's so Special: A Grand Vin from Sauternes, the Symphonie de Haut-Peyraguey is produced by the magnificent First Classified Growth of 1855 Clos Haut-Peyraguey. The Clos Haut-Peyraguey estate enjoys an exceptional location, with its 21-hectare vineyard planted on the highest point of the plateau of Bommes, south of Bordeaux. Aged 35 years on average, the vines are planted in gravel-sandy soils, upon clayey subsoils, typical of Barsac and Sauternes.

Tastes Like: Your classic Sauternes, with tons of candied apricot, quince, and candied lemon. Bright, sweet, and just spectacular.
